I never had a contract with Assura

I never had a contract with Assura I never signed anything with them my insurance was well-paid for this and the last year with other companies However I received an official pursuit from Assura stating that I owe them money for the periods I had contracts with other companies of my choice It is a fraud and scam can t believe this is happening I managed to reach them by phone after several attempts and they asked me to send the confirmations of my actual insurance with other companies - and now no one replies to my emails Horrible practices

Avoid at any cost We have left Switzerland on 30 06 2022 Provided commune attestation and sent cancellation to Assura in advance Still one year later this incompetent company illegally demanding payments for July-September I ended up sending all to my lawyer

Juts horrible in everything they do Never solve anything You can call them billions of times they never answer A lot of issues are solved only personally so you have to go to the nearest branch Everything is extremely expensive ill explained with a terrible service Run away from them

The product I received didn t look AT ALL like the product on the page The quality the color the material everything was different from my order When I asked for a refund they told me that for some absurd reasons they will reimburse only 10 of the value and that I should enjoy the product I received

I don t advice to use this insurance They work like frauds Last year I started to receive some strange bills for an additional insurances that I did not ask for Obviously I wanted to cancel them but they told me that I have to pay and wait until the end of the year and it will be automatically canceled At the end of the year I received a new bill for the next year Now they tell me that I should have sent a letter to cancel it even though the woman at phone told me that it will be done automatically Don t know now how to get rid of this insurance

Not recommended at all After 5 years I have moved to Helsana and oh my what a change It was tough to manage my account and have any communication and customer service never replied to my emails Really bad experience overall

Worst possible health insurance in

Worst possible health insurance in Switzerland Pay 10chf more per month and don t get ripped off The money saved in the prices you are going to pay back in the worst possible service and in the inflated rates for any possible reason delays resialiation etc STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE

I spent more than 13m on the phone waiting for an agent to answer before I gave up the also don t offer callback And they don t speak English

As apparently everyone does Shipment sent back to China at Assura s request where it is held at customs and is not collected And assurastore com is also inaccessible Not 1 but -10 as a valuation Scandalous
