If I could give zero stars I would They sent me a phone that never worked The phone was never activated and I was told for 3 weeks straight that it was a system error on their part They never offered to send me another phone ALL THIS COMPANY DO IS LIE THIS PLACE SUCK DON T WASTE YOUR TIME SCAM SCAM SCAM

Was hung up on 4 times on 11 1 by 4 of their reps and then put on hold for over an hour waiting for a supervisor Called back 11 3 and spoke with 3 people to get to a supervisor that lied and backtracked on my replacement phone My phone stopped charging called on 10 5 2023 and it was the day before my warranty expired I was told to pay a 20 shipping fee for a government phone I paid it and after 3 weeks of waiting i called back on 11 1 2023 to ask where my phone was I was then lied to about my warranty being expired and they couldn t send me a phone I will never recommend this company

They shut my service off with no warning or explanation just cut it off leaving me with nothing no reason no website no support no phone number This company is really Virgin Mobile using T-Mobiles network and there couldn t possibly be a worst company to do business with beware

They gave me a phone that was okay at first But then it started to go in what I call screensaver mode And it does it almost all day and it would happen when I m playing a game or texting someone And all it would let me do is restart the phone And we called for a new phone and we asked for a new one but we would have paid for it Don t waste your time with these greedy people I m going back to airtalk Oh and they turned my phone off and now I don t have a phone until I get my new one from the other company THEY ARE GREEDY

I recieved approval for lifeline

I recieved approval for lifeline through assurance They sent a phone that I couldnt send messages thru had to talk and it wouldnt accept Than I recieved a letter stating I could up grade with unlimited I called they said approved right then Three days later phone turned off and was told Id have to get a 10 card to talk and it would be 10cents a minute which would last one phone call If I was approved for lifeline in the first place the GOV would be paying them Now i have to I am 77 disabled and have no phone There co is a scam

HORRIBLE HIDEOUS If you want a better phone service just consider standing outside and yelling to whoever you want to call I guarantee you will get a better result WHY does the government use crappy 3rd world phones Why do a bunch of Chinese characters cover your screen sometimes Points to ponder folks

My broken phone that was reported three months ago is no longer under warranty so pay 70 for a phone that is not even sold anymore it can t update or use my child s school app I m told paid 35 wait 2 months for a new phone or pay 70 for the same phone and wait two months Tried to over charge me after I waited three months for a new device They offer out of date phones for triple This is supposed to be a government life line How about get some English speaking people Not a single person there can speak fluid English it s broken and they don t even understand what we are saying This company is jokes and crooks They definitely work for Biden

I would give these FRAUDSTERS no stars if that was an option I had service with them under the Lifeline plan and went through the recertification process by phone back on 8 19 2023 The customer service rep assured me multiple times that I was recertified and she even said my plan was upgraded to all unlimited talk text data starting immediately Then on September 29 they cut my service Just like that NO NOTICE AT ALL Don t waste your time with these lying scammers There are much better cell companies out there
