No issues great service
To be honest I was a bit concerned after reading the various reviews online But I would like to say that I had a great service with LSG my faulty device was returned Friday replacement turned up Wednesday Replacement in great condition as my original was and I am back up and running Very happy

Totally positive experience
As a customer of NationWide my phone was repaired here under the insurance policy Contact and communication was easy I received texts telling me they d received the phone when they were repairing it and when I would receive it back All in all excellent service and my phone was back with me like new in less than a week Totally positive experience

I m really shocked by the negatives here
I m really shocked by the reviews on here I used Assurant through Monzo premium I dropped my Pixel 5 cracking the screen on the 9th November 2021 I reported it to Assurant answering the questions and the claim was approved immediately I paid the excess and sent the phone to them on the 10th November by special delivery I was emailed confirming they had received it and emailed again to state it was fixed I received my phone back good as new on the 15th November 1st class service and cheaper than paying 197 VAT to FixaPhone for a new screen Would not hesitate to use them again

Excellent Service
I am surprised by the amount of negative reviews this company has - i have recently has the misfortune to make a claim under my phone insurance and i have to say Assurant were superb My Honor Magic V2 developed a fault on the inner screen - i submitted a warranty repair at first and Honor s repair centre refused the repair As a result i was left with little choice but to claim on my phone insurance The claim was approved within minutes online and i was provided with an address to send my device too A couple of days later i received an email from Assurant advising me that my phone would be replaced The next day i called them to ask if they knew when this might happen and i was informed they did not have my phone in stock to replace and i would get an update soon The advisor was polite and professional and empathetic to the situation i found myself in The following day i received a dispatch notification and a tracking number for my replacement phone There was a muck up with the DPD delivery resulting in me having to wait an additional day for the phone to arrive The phone i received was brand new i was a little disappointed that i did not receive the same colour however that was a small price to pay for the excellent service i received Thank you to the Assurant team for making this very stressful experience so much easier - i would highly recommend this company to others

Really great experience
My iPhone 14 was badly smashed at the back caused by overheating and the Bluetooth and WiFi didn t work as a result I was really worried about sending my phone off after reading all the bad reviews but Apple wouldn t do anything to fix my phone and said that it would have to be a full new handset replacement which would cost 579 so using Assurant which comes with my Nationwide bank account was my only option I sent the phone off on Thursday lunchtime and it was with the engineer by Friday afternoon By Saturday I was informed that it couldn t be fixed so they d be sending a replacement which would arrive on Sunday so the whole process was really quick The phone they sent back isn t the same colour but looks completely pristine and brand new with 100 battery health I was really impressed with the service and appreciate that some people have had bad experiences but wanted to share my really positive one for people who are feeling anxious like I was about using Assurant

I have been using LSG for years now and have never written a positive review one tends to write negative ones of course They have fixed multiple broken screens and lost phones over the years without issues or quibbling I really recommend them

MacBook Pro sent in for an insurance job
MacBook Pro sent in for an insurance repair via Virgin Bank after the display was damaged Various companies involved and a tad opaque as to who is involved but mine was sent to Ingram micro Assurant repairs Comms wasn t that great but did get a friendly update when I called 15 days after DPD picked up the machine I arrived home to a package containing my laptop same serial so it is the same machine It has been faultlessly comprehensively repaired and is like new I suspect they also replaced some of the casing which was scratched but not unserviceable The keyboard was also a bit sticky before the repair and although not listed as a fault they have either extensively cleaned or replaced that too I m very impressed I m not one to usually leave reviews but having seen bad reviews here I like some others think worth taking the time - whoever worked on my computer did as far as I can tell a superb job

10 10 repair over Christmas holidays
I didn t complete their own feedback review within the 3 days they requested Excellent service so I went out my way to review them here They had my phone over Christmas holidays Fixed my phone and delivered great customer service I would recommend to a friend 10 10 satisfactory

Had my phone stolen on Wednesday followed the procedure reported it to the police and to Three and then filed a claim via Nationwide paying 100 excess Printed everything off and sent the documents via next day delivery Had a brand new probably refurbished but it s still an excellent grade phone delivered to me and my phone case claim authorised I was dreading having to use this service after reading all of the negative reviews but I had an amazing service and the replacement phone works really really well I felt compelled to leave a review because of how quick and painless it was

Bucking the Negativity Trend - Positive Review
I read all these bad reviews and thought i d share my experience to add some positivity I had any issue with my Apple iphone 11 Pro Max which was accidently dropped causing some screen damage and earpiece audio fault I checked my Nationwide policy and filled in the claim form online and paid the claim excess of 75 I posted it Special Delivery on Saturday morning with a new phone delivered to me on Wednesday afternoon This is our 3rd claim in about 10 years of having a mobile phone insurance policy with Nationwide and LSG Lifestyle Assurant and every time have nothing but a positive outcome Can t fault the service at all and I m sure their are 100 s of positive outcomes everyday but not shared on here Don t be swayed by the negativity
