The Engineer turned up on time as per the SMS He new the tasks required for the visit Brought along shoe covers Changed the filter in such a way that no water was spilled from the pipes at all Explained each step of the maintenance process prior to carrying it out He even anticipated what my possible concerns as a customer would be before I could express them My impression of this service call visit was professional carried out by an experienced properly trained technical engineer who also had a full understanding of customer relations I Can say that this is the first time in over twenty years that I have had such a professional service
