Great product real hair so soft and well-made I was in contact with seller from the beginning letting me know they got my order oh I had questions and they answered them Several times they let me know what was going on with the shipping every step of the way wow They contacted me to make sure I was happy and that it arrived I would definitely order from them again Shipping was so fast too I was surprised They emailed me the tracking number and everything This company definitely strives for great customer service and product

I ordered a 360 wig but had some questions before purchasing it Asteria Hair answered all my questions and kindly sent me a pic of the wig so I could confirm it was the same as on the website The customer service is great and their hair products are good too Going forward I would not order hair from any other site
