Faulty box

Mother in law has had a new box fitted but it is faulty - alarm going off all time in her house Customer service were helpful which is good however when the engineer eventually came out he didn t have any parts - i e a new battery pack as this was the issue and he didn t carry the spares Now call me cynical but if you travelling from Hull where the engineer came from to the North East you think they would have the sense to pack spare parts inc battery packs So engineer came out said it needs needs a new battery pack but he is going on holiday for a week and it wont get changed till he is back - so she has to put up with this alarm going off for another week - terrible terrible service - no thought for how this is affecting her and a poor service from Astraline and Johnnie Johnson Housing who owns them In response to your reply - I can assure you it is Astraline I have been dealing with and you clearly do not have correct details as we have not had any response from you Funny how a box has been sent from Astraline and no one has bothered to come and refit it Terrible terrible service trying to pass the buck disappointed to say the least

I have used Astraline when I have needed an ambulance always found the person who answers very helpful then they contact my family and are always polite and professional

I have never had to use Astraline except for just checking reception was O K except for once a few weeks ago when somehow you got a call from my pendant I cannot understand why I was out and my pendant was sat on my dressing table Unfortunately you had to ring my daughter who came rushing over from Scunthorpe to find I wasn t even at home That is the only blip in approx 6 years I did have a letter from you on Thursday prbably about this but unfortunately it has been mispkaced without me even having read it If it covers anything other than what is on this e-mail could you please ket me have a copy of it

Lost my pendant on Tuesday rang

Lost my pendant on Tuesday rang Astraline Wednesday thinking I wouldn t get a replacement before Easter wonderful lady came with a new one in the afternoon What service is that I told her I had not expected to get a new one until after Easter Monday Her reply was that she would not have been able to sleep if she hadn t replaced it Service above and beyond Astraline
