TOTAL SCAM I used Apple Pay to pay 1 00 for a 3-day trial subscription I cancelled Contacted customer service over 5 times Their company doesn t appear under Apple Pay subscriptions to be able to cancel them They do not respond to support astrologia world They charged me an additional 28 99 for a PDF Report that was never received Plus an additional 3 49 for a 1-week subscription They re a scam Devroq Apps LLC 15 Cutter mill rd Unit 556 Great Neck NY 11021 USA 14092765642

Extremely frustrating platform I followed the instructions to email them to cancel my subscription and missed the follow up email where it made you again click that you wanted to cancel I ve now paid 220 for a platform I thought was cancelled since the only initial instructions were to email them Major scam I had to confirm through 3 different emails and links that I wanted to cancel my subscription and with each step there was no further instruction on what to expect I wouldn t recommend this app to my worst enemy I didn t get any use out of it

HORRIBLE SCAM THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A THING ON THE MENU TO SEE YOUR ACCOUNT MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCel They kept charging me for weeks despite my request for cancellation

If I could rate zero stars I would Scam 100 I paid over 400 thinking I canceled the subscription- nowhere in the website can you log in or cancel anything I called the starr apps phone number after finding the BI WEEKLY charges of 20 with Starr apps listed as the business and received a text saying it was cancelled and refunded however they kept on I found Devroq Apps under my apple wallet charges and emailed them with no response as well as astrologist world which responded this wasn t their charges Major scam don t trust any of these companies

By far the buggest scam i have come across Paid 1 00 for a read i didn t receive Cancelled the subscription straight away Now charged nearly 50 for a subscription Multiple emails sent with no response In my country this is illegal and unfair trading and would be subject to legal action Contacting bank to dispute charges Super fraudulent company and avoid at all costs You actually give other horoscope services a bad reputation

I approved a one off trial for 1 but straight away two payments of 29 and then a further payment of 19 99 was taken out of my account without my authority I tried cancelling my subscription but it kept swirling without cancelling Customer service have ignored my request so far to refund my money Do not touch this website
