Very bad aftersales service at least in Belgium
Diswasher was broken after only 2 years There is zero aftersale service Independent repairers ordered the parts but ATAG never delivered We then asked ATAG to send their service they have weeks waiting time and canceled appointments last minute when I had taken a holiday to be able to be at home We now wait since almost two months for repair I would never ever by anything of this brand again

very good gas combi boiler
Used an ATAG approved installer to swap out a mazout system boiler for one of their economiser gas combis a year ago Later I decided to enter into a Service Contract with ATAG instead of using the installed The boiler has been reliable and performed well to date The customer service from ATAG Belgium atagverwarming be has been very helpful informative and easy to arrange a Service call out with I prefer the ATAG boilers in the UK because the expansion vessel is inside the unit whilst the Belgian gas combis have the expansion vessels mounted outside the boiler which comes as an extra cost which is likely to increase profit
