Wonderful experience in Vietnam thanks to ATA holidays

I was also a part of the group of friends who went to Southern Vietnam for 10-days We thoroughly enjoyed everything we did on the trip The destinations were all incredible We loved the serenity Phu Quoc Island provided the relaxing city of Can Tho and the bustling nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City All the hotels booked by ATA Holidays were excellent as well they really took into consideration all of our needs and preferences and booked us awesome stays at Pullman Phu Quoc Victoria Can Tho and Caravelle Sai Gon with free upgrades at Pullman and Caravelle We did all of the recommended activities as well and especially enjoyed going to the cable cars and waterpark at Sunworld and the night market in Phu Quoc the floating market in Can Tho and bargaining at Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City Quick and reliable customer service our flight to Can Tho with Vietnam Airlines got cancelled but Harry promptly booked us a flight with Bamboo Airways which made everything very hassle-free Meticulous planning and detailed itinerary Truly made our trip extra special and memorable Thank you to Harry and the team at ATA Holidays High recommend and will continue to use ATA Holidays in the future

Fantastic Cambodia tour - 5 days and 4 nights

We booked a 5 days and 4 nights Cambodia tour with ATA This was a customised tour for my family of 4 travelling from Australia to Vietnam and then from Vietnam to Cambodia The fantastic and most memorable one was the Siem Riep tour with 3 nights and 4 days We was taken care of right after being picked up from the airport We visited ancient temples tasted different Cambodian food attended a traditional dance show and had a boat trip on Tonle Sap lake and more I think the tour was perfectly designed for a small family and for that duration ATA team did a great job in providing advice and customised the tour design so I did not need to do much research for planning Moreover the tour guide Sambath Pang was very nice and helpful We all like him and he even becomes my friend in Facebook This year for our trips during Dec 2022-Jan 2023 we continue to have ATA s assistance in travel planning flight hotel bookings and an exciting tour to Northern Vietnam tour to Ha Noi Sapa and Ha Long

Outstanding Regent Phu Quoc

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Phu Quoc Island where we stayed at the amazing Regent Phu Quoc The experience was absolutely outstanding The three-bedroom lagoon pool villa was spacious and beautifully decorated The Regent service was exceptional and the staff were so kind friendly and professional Overall the resort was absolutely stunning - down to every detail and decor The beach and pools were no exception they were gorgeous We spent most of our time kayaking paddle boarding and using all the equipment provided with compliments to our stay at Regent Another fantastic point was the breakfast buffet which was incredibly delicious and provided a huge range of options catering to everybody s needs Thank you Regent Phu Quoc for such an unforgettable stay I will definitely be coming back Massive thanks to ATA Holidays for such a wonderful and smooth trip this wouldn t have been possible without your efficiency

Fantastic Holiday

We ve just come back from an amazing seven nights staying at Premier Village Phu Quoc Tiffany looked after our booking and was so helpful and free with advice and answering all my questions This resort truly lived up to the photos and videos on the website The villas are huge and very well equipped with all the bedrooms having a balcony and ensuite bathroom The villas also have their own private pools with gorgeous outlooks Two beaches one perfect for standup paddle boarding and kayaking Plenty of sun lounges available The main pool is set over many levels and was great to explore with bridges in-pool lounges bar stools water jets etc The breakfast smorgasbord was amazing with many many dishes to choose from and the two restaurants for lunch and dinner were superb All the staff across all levels of the resort were very polite and helpful A highlight had to be happy hour margaritas and tapas on the beach Can t wait to go back

AMAZING Tiffany and the team at ATA went above and beyond Perfect week away in Vietnam So much attention to detail and honestly THE BEST time away with my friends Loved every minute and highly recommend Vietnam is such a great place to go for a holiday Didn t have to think about anything Thank you ATA for an amazing holiday and memories to last a lifetime

Saigon Golf Tour

We went for our 60th birthday golf tour to Vietnam first week of September for 2 weeks 12 people I cant thank Tiffany enough from ATA Holidays who arranged our trip She was very meticulous throughout the whole process assuring and reassuring all our concerns Her team in Saigon were equally excellent and nothing was too much trouble The rep in Saigon gave us his mobile number and told us he was available 24 7 if need be and on a couple of occasions did have to speak with him he answered and advised every time amazing that s customer service Thank you Tiffany and all the ATA team keep up the good work
