Totally rubbish on all fronts
Tried to order without registration 4 times and all orders got lost So I registered and still couldn t order anything using fininacering even though when I ordered without registration I passed the credit check Was told that my account manager would contact me He eventually did by telling at me over email had no ideas about the offers and had the cheek to talk to me with exclamation marks I have NEVER been treated so badly by a B2B Company The customer service is no better the constantly promise to email me back but never do I have wasted a lot of time with this company Avoid at all costs

Customer service and handling of defected products
The good that I have purchased through atea were received with a 2 week delay - where I was not notified regarding delay in the delivery Furthermore when enquirening about the status the customer service was not able to provide any status or estimate of the delivery One of the goods I purchased had a manufacturer defect These had to be sent back to atea This has been in processing for 10 days during which I was not able to get a clear status on my case will not recommend this

Even as a part of a coprporate
Even as a part of a corporate agreement it does not work Three times have sent my phone for reparation and at the very end they managed to loose my phone and say that they did not receive it while the label for return was presented by them Very slow and unprofessional

Next day service is a lie
Read the fine print in the contract Last summer my Mac laptop that I use for work broke and it was 10 days between the time Atea opened the case and when they finally sent someone to my office to fix it It took them several days to get the part and then they waited at least another day before they gave me an appointment to fix it I had to call repeatedly and pressure the servicetekniker to do their job Now the same laptop is broken again Atea is claiming that they only made a 2 year service contract with DTU but DTU who I trust more is sure that it is a 4 year service contract The laptop issue was reported to Atea on Thursday and it will probably be several more days before it gets resolved so I m losing at least 4 days of work Update with Gordon s help it sounds like they will come fix my computer tomorrow - 7 days after the problem started They had the replacement part this morning but it appears that they can t do repairs on the same day as receiving the part It appears that every single step takes a whole working day 1 convincing them the contract is valid 2 getting a case number 3 ordering the part 4 receiving the part 5 sending someone to fix the laptop

I ordered last year in october some
I ordered last year in october some products through flexvalg It is 25 january 2021 and the products are somewhere but not on my adress This is like a mistress company it promise you wonderfull things but is only lies I will never order something from them because they do not respect the contract The problem with delivery is not a excuse in corona times I ordered every month online many stuff and the delivery it was late only with 4 days not 24 days Is unacceptable

Insane delays avoid
I have ordered some products in October and still have not received anything February The products are available from other vendors so I do not understand the covid excuse they should be able to give me what I have payed for A similar thing happened when I ordered a phone around March 2020 it took many weeks to be delivered Unacceptable

Atea enviroment disaster - they dont care
Next business day - more like next business week month Remember when words meant what they said Not this company But the WORST is the amount of packaging these guys pollute with never have i seen such excessive about of packaging ex soft iphone rubber covers comes with soft styrofoam-ish material inside this very soft cover after that its in a small plastic bag and then in a cardboard box then more styrofoam around it and finally in a shipping box and thats how we receive RUBBER covers

Paying monthly for a phone I haven t received
I have bought a phone through company scheme from Atea and paid for two month without receiving the phone yet It seems like there many others are experiencing even longer waiting times at for 3-4 months In their contract it mentions that there is nothing can be done if they cant provide the phone which is fair enough in extraordinary cases However given that so many people are affected with this and they don t do anything about it is alarming A quick search show that every single company that sells this phone in Denmark either has the phone in stock or has a delivery date except Atea So every week they send you a reminder that there is a war in Ukraine and hence they cant get the phones in stock Save yourself a the headache by avoiding them
