Arrogant self serving company Awful website functionality and getting worse
The site should be putting the customer first but they don t care As a member it would be good to have some clear interface with the company that takes my money However the IT is of very poor level and customer service is arrogant The issues I meet 1 Unable to view races on the screen It says they have improved the user experience haha Now I cannot load any races 2 from 5 times I use Chrome as expected but this doesn t work My PC is modern and highly competent so it is ATGs issue When approached they said they don t have a problem and it must be my fault Thanks ATG useless 2 The time of the next race In the top bar it will show the tracks and race numbers and how long in minutes till the next race However this doesn t update automatically and I have to refresh the site in the browser of which may mean logging in again How hard is it to fix this simple problem Answer Very hard for ATG who again don t care that its customers have problems 3 Track programme Tips etc This is so badly set up to navigate i e If I want to see the tips for a certain track then I have to select V75 V4 LD tabs There will be separate tips and information based on this If I want the daytime tips and information then I have to select Lunch double regardless of wanting to play this particular bet The V4 and V5 races will also be found under LD Confusing Not for ATG as they say they are happy with what they have Again they care nothing for the consumer Shocking website and even worse company attitude to the customers that pay their wages

I phoned up for a refund on a show they
I phoned up for a refund on a show they cancelled I was told I would receive a credit note I told them I wanted a refund not a credit note They told me I would receive a refund minus the transaction fee that I agreed to in the small print I told them I agreed to receive tickets to a show that they cancelled but you live and you learn Not a nice company to do business with in my humble opinion

Dont waste your time and money on this company scammers You will not be able to contact them by telephone and as for contacting them via the website you would have more chance of landing a man on the moon As a last resort I might try carrier pigeon

Booked tickets at the box office at
Booked tickets at the box office at Theatre Royal in Brighton The payment went through but then there was a glitch in system and the tickets failed to print I was told somebody would call me when the tickets were ready but nobody has I have called 3 times and have been told someone would call me back I have now been told to contact ATG direct but unsurprisingly they are not answering their phones Shocking customer service from the Theatre royal brighton and ATG I am now 50 quid down with no tickets or anyway of contacting anybody

The website is appalling takes you round in circles Phone number only for access needsChatbot won t direct you to a live chat person despite giving the option Email address returns an answer saying not in use as improved service back to website so frustrating

Awful service Saturday night cinema tickets 13 00 each Shockingly expensive only 1p people in the cinema Sweets are a rip off price ice cream tiny tub 4 95 Asked for coffee couldn t make as run out of milk at 7pm Really bad experience and lifeless foyer staff very unwelcoming Come on Woking No wonder no one will visit Better off at Camberley Vue

I am an access member and thought I had a ticket for a show at the ambassadors theatres No way of contacting anyone to fibd out No follow upbemail to my booking I have written several times to the head office NO ANSWER Appalling Even on my membership card no details What is one to do

I try to avoid any theatre that uses this form of ticketing extra on every ticket and as far as I can tell you only have that option - buy through ATG or don t buy

Do not try the casino Black Jack
Tried the casino Black JackI got into the situation where there is an OPPORTUNITY for me to make a split The software decided without my consent to make this split and then it did not give me any buttons to ask for more cards or stop and then because I had no buttons I did not chose or do anything the software decided to pause me because of inactivity Only a little money but you can lose more if you are a gambling person Stay away from this site

Mixed feelings First the positive - when I eventually found that if I phoned the access telephone number after a time consuming search it was the only number that worked I was able to finally reach a person Kylie was brilliant She patiently sorted the problem and I was able to print the tickets that were not accessible from the email The negatives where do I start Had booked 3 tickets for a show a week ago at Princess Theatre in Torquay but needed to add another one Was able to book the next seat same row no problem I will repeat same row same quoted price and at total added transaction fee 3 95 But on the single ticket it states price - 47 The 3 tickets stated - 52 08 eachMy question -What is the additional 5 08 its not transaction fee we paid that both times if one ticket costs 47 why are the others 52 08I asked Kylie and think she said ticket prices can change daily How can that be The Same Show Same Row Same view not restricted Or she said they are the producers additional cost Not sure what that meant either but It was important for her to help me to access the tickets so I left the conversation with that hanging Does that mean the producers of the show Or the producers of online tickets - in other words ATG If so why is this hidden and not listed on the total cost Come on we are happy to pay fair ticket price especially for live performance but extra hidden costs is really unfair I could find no option to book or talk direct with the venue I don t live near it so couldn t pop in or indeed any other ticket outlet for this particular venue Why the difference in price - why is a 47 ticket sold for 52 08 and who do I talk to about it And what about the other 3 tickets that are all the higher price I cant find any detail of this overcharge if indeed it is or any detail as to what and why the charge is added Surely there has to be a reason given in the final total
