I was daunted by the prospect of pursuing a Personal Injury claim following a motorway car accident at the end of last Summer I struggled to deal with the emotional impact of the crash was feeling anxious upset in the early stages of my claim However Claire was understanding caring providing reassurance clear information throughout The process was as good as it could possibly be from initial enquiries about pursuing a claim first meeting with Claire through to conclusion My claim was settled successfully this week I could not be more satisfied with the professional service I received At every stage I was provided with clear timely information Claire was always happy to personally deal with any questions or concerns Understandably there were times when she was unable to take my calls but always returned them the same day which was so much appreciated I cannot recommend Atha Co highly enough
