I placed a order on the 16 12 24 it was a Christmas present Preferring a Italian company the companies from abroad then after 7 days that means on the 23 12 2024 i received a e mail telling me that the product is not on stock 7 days to understand that a product is not on stock anymore and now i am standing here without Christmas present THANK YOU VERY MUCH

28 01 2025 Ich habe hnliches erlebt Eine TNT-Trackingnummer die im System als Ware wurde verschickt markiert wurde zeigt bei einer Sendungsverfolgung auf der TNT-Website keinerlei Ergebnisse Auch im Bestellbereich der Aticipishop-Website wird angezeigt dass die Ware versendet wurde was es umso unrealistischer erscheinen l sst dass bei TNT keinerlei Eintragungen zu dieser Trackingnummer vorhanden sind Da dieses Problem bereits bei mehreren Kunden aufgetreten ist und der Shop ber Shopify betrieben wird zudem existiert sogar eine zweite Shop-Seite erweckt dies den Eindruck dass hier eher auf kurzfristige Einnahmen als auf eine nachhaltige Kundenbindung abgezielt wird Diese Unstimmigkeiten werfen ernsthafte Fragen bez glich der Zuverl ssigkeit und Transparenz des Versandprozesses auf Ich bin daher sehr gespannt auf die Antwort des Kundenservices und darauf wie sie erkl ren dass die Ware als versendet markiert ist die zugeh rige Trackingnummer jedoch nicht registriert wurde Es w re w nschenswert wenn zeitnah eine Kl rung erfolgt und detaillierte Informationen zu den Versandprozessen bereitgestellt w rden um das Vertrauen der Kunden wiederherzustellen Update 06 02 2025 8 20 My order was placed on 28 of January and i got direct response that the package is on its way but the tracking number failed on the TNT website as it was of course not delivered or on its way Now one and a half weeks later 6 of February i got another automatic generated mail from Atipici that the Package is on its way also TNT now finally shows a true response and confirms what Atipici says It s worse to mention that no one from Atipici reacted on my mails as suggested here in Trustpilot s answer i ve send a message to the email address as well via the contact form on the website But nothing happened on Atipici s side except the automatic mail Seems to be poor customer service as other customers reported too i wonder why Atipici seem to take longer to respond to direct customer messages via email or contact forms compared to Trustpilot reviews i also find it questionable that you say packages ready for delivery receive a tracking number yet in some cases it can take several days - eight days in this instance That sounds like an excuse and quite unrealistic If you are still able to respond to reviews you should be transparent as you yourself have stated Update 06 02 2025 12 30 My order has just arrived which makes me wonder how that s possible when i only received the tracking email from Atipici today It seems like Atipici s online system isn t functioning properly requiring a significant amount of manual processing Once again the burden likely falls on hardworking employees who i suspect are dealing with high workloads potentially for inadequate pay These chaotic inefficiencies raise concerns about how well the staff is compensated In other words it appears to be yet another money-making operation with overloaded employees no real customer support and someone at the top profiting from it all
