I ve used Atlantic on new build developments for the last 6 years and they have always done a spot on job for me In a market where products are changing weekly and legislation is still evolving they really know their stuff and are on top of it all Dean and the people in the office are always helpful with the specification and and issuing all the paperwork and Jason and the team on site are always professional knowledgable and fast Can t fault them

This company s service was exemplary from initial consultation through to installation and commissioning of equipment I was very keen to ensure we had the right system to improve our green footprint and reduced our energy cost and had a million questions Atlantic s team provided detailed answers to every one and when I pushed the boundaries of the art of the possible they explored and presented all the options to me before we finalised the design On-site the installation team were punctual polite tidy and paid enormous attention to detail I have no doubt we have ended up with a Rolls Royce system

I spent quite some time researching and obtaining quotes from a number of companies that install solar panels trying to find an installer that inspired confidence Atlantic Renewables service was exemplary from initial contact through to the provision of the quotation There were no hard sell techniques and they took time to listen to my requirements and provide advice before providing a very detailed report and quotation I felt happy to go ahead with AR and I m very glad I did My solar panel and battery system is now up and running and I m very happy with the results so far On-site the installation team were punctual polite friendly tidy and paid enormous attention to detail Communication and documentation were excellent throughout and I was reassured by the fact that I was encouraged to contact AR with any questions problems etc The whole process from consultation through to installation and commissioning of equipment was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Atlantic Renewables to anyone considering investing in green technology

This is a fantastic small busines doing excellent work in an industry where it s hard to find someone you can trust I chose them on a friend s recommendation and checked online reviews - deservedly five star I was impressed from the get go As others have said there s no hard sell and no gimmicks just in depth knowledge and helpful advice I ve had solar panels and a battery installed and it s working like a dream - I wish I d done it years ago The install was done to an extremely high standard with the minimum of disruption by a polite and friendly team Significantly Atlantic employ all their own people so there s no sub-contracting and a consistently high service level Well done to all at the firm it s so refreshing to find a business that s getting things right

A really professional solar panel firm

I contacted Atlantic after reading their reviews they talked me through the process start to finish and then asked if the could send an engineer to see if my house could except solar panels after this I was then advised of everything scaffolding panels batteries with emails so that i could reference them while i made a decision I decided to go for it so I picked a date they kept me informed of everything that was going to happen before it happened right through the whole process everybody in the the team was great fast and really professional I am really impressed thank guys

Export meter reading

Just come to pass my export reading to Eon and was not sure how to read them so I gave office a call at the weekend And they got in touch on Monday morning very pleasant girl called to to arrange for Billy to come round and show me and came when he was on his way home from work He explained everything and got the reading and then checked the system and everything was running smoothly Billy was a very pleasant person and even put my loft ladder away for me Thanks Billy and all the staff at Atlantic renewables

The entire process from ordering to installation was smooth Excellent communication throughout The installation looks neat and expertly fitted They might not be the cheapest but the quality of the work really shows
