Successful water softener installation by Atlantis Water Treatment Ltd at a very reasonable cost Steve the engineer was excellent and explained clearly the workings of the machine

Ben from Atlantis installed our AT210 water softener yesterday after our previous softener packed up after 9 years of largely trouble-free use I cannot fault the way Ben worked He was unphased by having to work in our under-stairs cupboard took care to protect our wood floor from water spillages and scratches and explained what he was doing at each stage He took particular care in disposing of the salt water from the old softener lugging it along the street to the nearest drain He worked thoroughly checking and re-checking all the connections before he left In short excellent service

From initial contact booking and then work carried out all went well Engineer arrived on time was professional efficient knowledgeable and helpful The unit was repaired serviced and back up and running in good time Area was left clean and tidy with replaced items taken away Faultless Thanks very much
