Best ISP I have ever been The team are always on the ball and make sure that any issues which are few and far between and usually a network fault gets resolved fast and efficiently It s been such a pleasure dealing with Atomic I m rather disappointed that they only cover Cape Town and surrounds - I would love to continue using them in my new place

Atomic Access isn t your regular ISP When they say you get a 100 100 Mbps line you don t get 90 or 95 or 99 Mbps You get 100 Mbps When you need help you don t speak to someone who s been trained for a week to do customer care You speak to the talented experts who run the show I ve even emailed them past 10pm and gotten a response in minutes These guys are fast and they know what they re doing If you re looking for a new ISP give them a try You won t look back

A really great ISP
I continue to have a really great experience with this ISP My fibre is fast and gives no issues from Atomic Access I joined them just before the pandemic and I m so glad I made that decision then I ve had over 2 years of great internet and great support when needed
