I went to an AT T store yesterday located in Interbay to have my all my information from my old phone downloaded to my new phone There were two young ladies working in this store both were very welcoming and sweet Angelisa who is helping me with my phone issues was one of the sweetest most helpful customer service person I have ever met she not only took the time to show me a lot that my phone could do and taught me taught me so much while she was working on my phone that I was just amazed at the customer service I received This young lady Angelina has not worked very long at the store but she was very knowledgeable about the iPhone and never once made me feel like I was a dummy Which I am when it comes to these phones and I was very happy I I chose this store and very happy with the customer service I received I had to deal with another phone company for a friend of mine who lost his phone and needless to say that experience made me extremely happy I m with AT T And with the experience I received yesterday from Angelina I am customer for ever

The check in was easy and little to no wait time to be seen by an employee and one of the employees Kiki was very helpful as I came in to get a new phone she was very hands on great knowledge and helpful she did amazing
