Fake parts Poor customer service chinese scam

I bought a replacement power pack for my Dell Laptop in 2023 it lasted 5 months I contacted them regarding a replacement adapter to be told I have to pay them 35 to get a replacement shipped That amount is exactly half of what I paid for the power pack I also discovered that the power pack I bought in 2023 was manufactured in 2016 I have a strong suspicion that this was a used power pack sold As New They have told me as the power pack is over 30 days since I bought it they are not required to send me a replacement at no charge under their own BS warranty policy I checked their policy and it contradicts the BS they are telling me My plan is to just get a charge back
