Scam They provided fake tracking number I contacted them asking why the the tracking number came up as invalid they said because the item got lost Waste of time They probably never sent the item Still waiting for my refund

I m completely disgusted with this

I m completely disgusted with this company They sold me a charger that didn t work then claimed it was because I bought the wrong one even though it exactly matches the model number of my laptop When I asked for a refund they kept delaying for months saying they would send me a forwarding address which they never did I lodged a complaint with PayPal to get a refund and posted the charger back to the company IN CHINA at considerable postage expense to myself The company claims they never received the charger so now I m out of pocket for both the charger and the postage cost Very disappointed and I will be telling everyone to avoid this company

Dodgy returns refunds

One star is too much for sure I paid for and received an adapter from them but it wasn t compatible I then ordered and paid for another and said they would refund the original They keep saying We will send you the return address of the adapter as soon as possible but they never did

I received the wrong charger

I received the wrong charger then I had to pay more for a converter to make the charger work send said to pick up from post office however product never arrived I am still waiting for a resolution and it has been over 3 months

Scam website

Scam website Gave fake tracking number gave an excuse that the item was lost and a refund would be sent as soon as possible Followed up on exactly when the refund would be made and they just said as soon as possible and nothing else Warning right there it doesn t take that long to refund on PayPal Opened a dispute with PayPal and got a refund that way Dodgy website hope these scumbags get shut down

NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY Just after money Canceled order within hours of making purchases Told it was too late even tho it was a Saturday night it had already been shipped Given tracking details Tracking number didn t work for 3 weeks then item sent They offered for me to send it back but refuse to give me the return address Worst company ever

I wish I had read the reviews first

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing The store said the product was being sent from Australia When I tracked it I discovered it was coming from China The purchase was for an ASUS laptop power cable and my invoice even says it is the ASUS with serial number and everything What I got was a horrible knock off that falls out of the wall and will not charge my computer NOT an ASUS at all by any description I am sick of being scammed I hope they do the right thing and refund me or send me what I paid for but after reading the other reviews I m probably just another idiot and they are getting away with theft totally unchecked

DEFECTIVE GOODS

I can t believe credit card companies and Paypal work with these scammers - that is the problem Because it suggests they could be legit Twice I was ripped off by these fraudsters They take your money and maybe they ll send you something maybe they won t Maybe it will work maybe it won t But don t expect ANY customer service They ve accepted the charger they sent is faulty and told me they ll get back to me I guess they re waiting for their fake warranty to run out Absolutely disgusting I hate it when crooks ruin things for everyone else Not all Chinese suppliers are bad but this mob are definitely robbing their customers

Been waiting 18 days for my Samsung

Been waiting 18 days for my Samsung NP550P5C laptop battery order to be shipped but nothing yet have sent emails but no response I did get a scam type email requesting my phone number for the post office but my post office already have my details so I was nervous after getting that I get the impression I have been ripped off I thought i was dealing with an Australian business on the website but obviously not There appears to be a connection with Gadgetfix somehow Will never buy from them again
