Caveat Emptor
In the early summer we ordered an Audi A-5 from Scala-Auto in Auch They promised delivery in late August or early September The car was delayed no surprise Communications with our Audi salesman as well as the Audi Customer Service department in France were marked by disinterest rudeness and outright unprofessionalism They had no idea where the car was and showed no interest in finding out This was particularly galling for us as we were leaving the country for 7 months in mid-October Of course I had made our firm exit date clear at the time of ordering the car and many times thereafter When the car had STILL not arrived by the extreme outside date for delivery of October 6 as expressed in the long form contract we asked for our deposit back Our Audi salesman initially agreed to this request and then refused to return phone calls and emails This has gone on for weeks now Looks like we will have to sue The Audi Customer Service department has offered zero assistance throughout this process but still had the gall to say that they hoped our experience with Scala-Auto Auch would not affect our loyalty to the Audi brand Who are they kidding This has been an appalling experience from beginning to end Caveat Emptor

Do not take your U K Audi to France
Visiting Cannes and St Tropez for a Six week holiday from the U K May to June 2023 upon arrival in Cannes we found that our new A6 avant had no climate air conditioning in 33c degrees We Visited Audi Cannes on 23rd May and was advised that the air con condenser was leaking probably caused by a stone and even shown a photograph of the damage we were then advised that there were no reciprocal warranty arrangements between France and the U K and the earliest they could fix the problem was 1st July also they would need the car for 7 days they offered a car hire 84 euros a day whilst the car was in the workshop I spoke with our U K supplying Audi garage who advised that this job would take a maximum of 3 hours to resolve if it was the condenser that needed replacing We decided not to proceed with the repair whilst in France despite the fact that we had our dog with us We then had a very difficult 6 weeks using the car only when it was cool enough to do so When we returned home our local dealership resolved the issue in 3 hours and unbelievably it was a leaking pipe seal and not a damaged condenser where did they get the photo of the damage from we feel totally let down by Audi France If we could leave 0 stars we would Going forward we will not be taking our Audi to France again as there is no certainty of a resolution to a problem should one arise

New Audi
I really really cannot understand why in France if I go to an Audi garage to view a new car and then go to another dealership I cannot choose who I buy a car from I am the one buying the car and I have the right to choose which garage offers the best client service and test drive I have ended up going back to the original dealer which I prefered not to buy a car from as they turned us away and could not see us for a week despite walking in saying we want to buy a new car France really needs to look closely at it s customer service I am buying a car I have the right to choose the garage I buy from just like I have the right to choose what shop I buy my goods from Also the Audi live chat is trully awful If you use it to get info out of dealership hours they just fob you off with getting you in touch with a dealership locally asap They are useless and serve no purpose and never have any useful information They are not at all transparant either pre purchase as to their actual lead times on orders Any dates that they do mention pre order are totally fictitious and misleading and the no later than date on the bon de command is just a joke

Very disappointed with a Q3 purchase
We bought a Q3 in November 2022 The delivery was delayed until end of July 2023 After few months the car was called back because of manufacturing defect on the car seat We made the purchase of the Q3 through Volkswagen Financial Services we have been greatly disappointed and upset by their behaviour and customer services Because of this we will not buy an Audi ever again

This company sells prestigious cars and
This company sells prestigious cars and yet it does updates this week on it s app and messes up the ability to programme a recharge on the car I have been told by Audi France to just charge my car up during the daytime until it is resolved The entretien dept says they will do a diagnostic next week Tell me what is it Audi You screw up your app then leave customers to charge daytime only at expensive rates This company is deplorable and the dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with when buying any new car They have no pre or after sales compassion Communication is non existant Maybe because they have so many disatisfied customers
