A right rip off Shocking customer service
I saw an audio book I wanted to gift to my partner who is confined to bed for a week It seemed like a reasonable service from its website Can I gift a book Yes I can Can I gift a subscription for just a month Yes I can So I did What I got was a subscription and a 3 min intro to the book When I complained and asked for refund by email I received no reply and no refund I feel cheated I d give these buggers a wide berth if I were you It s a subscription entrapment at best

This site is a scam I canceled my subscription and my account They changed my user name so I could not access my account and kept charging me Really dodgy stuff No help over email asked them to cancel and refund and they didn t do either Had to go through the bank

Get your first book free is a lie You don t get to choose a book I tapped on use credit and they charged me 20 instead I was under the impression I am paying with my one credit But no And what I am supposed to do with that credit if I can t use it for the book I wanna read You probably can only use it for the least ever read books they have Don t waste your time with Audiobooks com

It s a scam They tell you to try the free trial and when you create your account you have to add your credit card details and they charge you instantly 14 95 they will charge you every month because you cannot close the subscription Don t give them your bank details

Scam - be aware of you charges
Scam - I though I was on a free trial and that I afterwards had ended the subscription - but they kept charging my card and I only just now notivces - I have been charges every month for the past 9 months Cant recommend

I do not recommend
I wrote a detailed review and it did not get published Why Scam and dishonesty I did not realized I sign up after the trial period and ended up paying for one book about 170 I was away for some month As I said I listed all that in a previous review When I communicated to the company NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER Chat was ended as soon as I stated the problem Be careful I would not recommend them
