Customer service is still alive I don t like giving a rating until I need to utilize customer service 5 stars Things happen My book was fine until the 18th track Then the audio was somehow messed up I spoke with Bryan who kept in contact with me about what was being done When TECH support had to take over Nathan kept in touch and kept me updated It was quickly resolved and book works perfectly Thank you Thank you for backing your product Thank you for caring
