I brought my aging mother in for a hearing test Geethu James did a fantastic job patiently helping a slightly confused and fearful old lady through the process of a hearing test and subsequent hearing aids The TV is now at a reasonable volume and Mum is finding it easier to communicate Thank you

Prince was very thorough in doing a hearing test and then explaining the difference between the NHS hearing aids and those that can be bought privately I was able to try and test both There was no pressure to buy which I had experienced at another provider Price also very competitive I would recommend this service

I was seen on time The audiologist couldn t have been more helpful explaining everything she was doing She was very professional but was also very friendly and quickly put me at ease

Had my hearing tested today by the lovely Adheena at Revive in Derby Very thorough examination I knew my hearing was bad in my left ear but the examination showed my right was also in need of help as well Adheena explained all the options and I came away able to hear better than I have in ages Brilliant

The Audiologist Prince made me very relaxed throughout the hearing test which showed how bad my hearing was in one ear He then fitted Bluetooth hearing aids and downloaded the app to show how they could be adjusted He even took me outside to show how good they were at coping with traffic noise I am very happy with the service and would recommend your company to anyone with hearing problems

Wish I had had my hearing checked sooner

I have been putting off having hearing aids The whole experience was made so easy The lovely young lady Fengel explained the procedure really well and took her time testing my hearing I came away with my new hearing aids and my hearing much improved A BIG THANK YOU

I took my mum yesterday for her

I took my mum yesterday for her appointment Firstly there was plenty of parking we went to the reception and was greeted by a very friendly lady who guided us to the audiology area We didn t have to wait long before Dona called my mum in and I was asked if I would like to go in too Dona was very friendly and explained exactly what she would be doing throughout the process I couldn t believe how quickly we were in and out with the hearing aids fitted Mum is so delighted with them and is amazed how much of conversions she was missing Thank you Dona
