Unreliable as they refuse to deliver the product as offered

Based on my recent experience I consider Audiomix as an unreliable webshop as they don t deliver their products as advertised I recently purchased a Dali Spektor 6 speaker which was clearly advertised offered as an individual single product However the day after the purchase I was contacted by Audiomix that I should either buy one additional speaker or cancel the order as they only want to deliver a set of speakers Although it might be somewhat uncommon to buy one single speaker the speaker was clearly listed as an individual product I was able to buy it as an individual product and there was no information stated upfront about that I should buy a set of 2 So as there is a purchase agreement based on 1 single speaker as advertised offered Audiomix has the obligation to follow up and deliver In the end the order got canceled by Audiomix and I haven t heard from them since The right and more customer friendly approach would be to send the order obliged by law and actually be thankful for this situation so that the information provided on the website could be improved Now they simply lost me as a potential loyal customer
