Good Technical service
Bought an Hypex based Ncore amplifier that audiophonics produces themselves I had an problem with the amplifier afterwards it was a problem with my signal chain and not with the amplifier I got reactions on my questions to customer service within an hour and got to speak directly to an engineer that helped me to find the problem he used photos to make it more clear even after we erradicated that the problem was the amplifier the customer service helped me to solve the problem between my pc and dac I am thorougly impressed The amplifier is great by the way
