Not sure if the previous reviews are fake or if the company was going through a rough patch but I had 0 issues with my order and they were the cheapest i could find for the particular item that I ordered and a few other items I noticed where much cheaper here Very fast delivery think it was next day if i remember right

Bought a Focal IBUS 20 compact sub for my car Superb piece of kit at the cheapest price I could find anywhere The package unfortunately was dropped in transit and whilst the actual speaker enclosure sustained absolutely no damage some of the clips and the controller knob were damaged and unusable I called them straight away and withing 24 hours I had the replacement clips and controllers as well as a whole new loom and extra feet and fixings no questions asked Fantastic customer service Will defo shop with these guys again
