Ik heb een pre-order gedaan bij Auk van 252 - omdat het me echt een heel leuk product leek 2 weken zou het duren voordat het verstuurd kon worden omdat het in productie was geen probleem natuurlijk het was ook een pre-order ik kreeg na ongeveer een week een mail dat het een maand extra ging duren voordat ze het konden versturen niet echt leuk maar ok het kan gebeuren dat het productieproces problemen heeft Na een maand toch maar eens gevraagd net voor de uiterlijke verzend datum hoe het ermee stond en ik kreeg de reactie nee geen probleem we gaan het op tijd versturen Dat was helaas niet het geval ik kreeg niets meer te horen ook niet op nieuwe mails waarin ik vroeg wanneer ik een update zou krijgen over de verzend datum Ik had via PayPal betaald en heb via PayPal mijn geld terug gevraagd die hebben een bericht gestuurd waarna ik binnen 5 minuten ineens een reactie kreeg dat het nog een week langer ging duren dat heb ik niet gedaan en mijn order geannuleerd Ik heb mijn geld nu terug dankzij PayPal maar ik zou hier niets bestellen I made a pre-order from Auk for 252 - because it seemed like a really nice product it would take 2 weeks before it could be shipped because it was in production no problem of course it was also a pre-order After about a week I received an email that it would take an extra month before they could send it not really nice but ok it can happen that the production process has problems After a month I asked just before the final shipping date how things were going and I got the response no no problem we will send it on time Unfortunately that was not the case I did not hear anything anymore not even new emails asking when I would receive an update on the shipping date I paid via PayPal and asked for my money back via PayPal they sent a message after which I suddenly received a response within 5 minutes that it would take another week longer I did not do that and canceled my order I now have my money back thanks to PayPal but I wouldn t order anything from here

Dreadful customer service
I ordered my Auk many months ago and it was due to be delivered between 9th to 15th May Since then I have had just two emails advising of a delayed delivery - the last one stating that it would be 18th to 22nd July At this point it is three months late If I had known it would take this long I never would have bought it It had been for a gift so to say the moment has passed would be an understatement Then last week out of the blue I had a message from DHL saying my Auk would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd August After waiting in all day no Auk Their website just has a big red cross and the word exception so I guess there has been a further delay - nice of Auk to tell me about it

Bugs everywhere It doesn t work well the release of nutrients They release the whole bottle at once Should be convenient for lofts to be able to set light in a convenient cycle of 12 h Because sometimes it stays on for 17 h and I don t have doors at home But the worst is the aphid problem Auk say it s not their soil neither their seeds but DONT USE THEIR SOIL or seeds because I only get them when I do I would not buy again

Ordered this for Christmas and it simply does not work The light turns on but it will not dispense water The only way to contact customer support is by email and they only send an automated reply There is no phone listed on the website but you can find a number on line if you google the address How long will it take to hear from them

Plant pest problems
We ve had a lot of problems with plant pests using the AUK No help from customer service except for try again which we did and had the same problem No plant pests on other plants in our home Would at least have wanted to be able to adjust the amount of water As of today we have an expensive product that give us herbs that are not eatable because of huge amounts of pests

I bought 6 Auk Mini-gardens and only
I bought 6 Auk Mini-gardens and only received 5 You can t call anybody and contact details are not displayed on their website So I ve sent them 3 emails over a period of one week and still no answer If you are planning to buy a AUK mini garden as a gift don t expect it to be on time and or it will be received ever Will await their reply back And my money Hopefully this year

I m getting tired of companies like this All slick and professional and then once they have your money it s like the worst customer care ever Ordered and paid well before Christmas and still waiting and tried to contact them on email and on Messenger - still waiting for them to even register my complaints Avoid they are rubbish totally rubbish

where is my first order 10018907 from middle of december that got stuck with UPS they never received it through or the supposed replacement order 10023489 that was supposed to be send the 25thDec also no news Website states We ship within 2 days I am still waiting for the final chapter of this story but for now I can not recommend this vendor
