Awful insurance company
Awful insurance company Nobody knows what they are talking about and you re constantly being told multiple times by multiple people different things also passed round in circles as no one has a clue and can t help you Forever waiting on phone calls until it s being ended due to the length of the wait I got told multiple times false information from aura insurance on multiple occasions on how they deal with their policy holders I was sent the wrong tracker and was sent a notice of cancellation due to this when it was their fault Just a money grabbing company Worst insurance company I ve been with Would not recommend at all

Absolutely horrifically completely disgusting company I wish I had seen just one of the reviews on here reviews on their website seem to be fabricated Avoid this company at all costs Completely impossible to get in touch with disgusting approach to customer service and they will scam you out of every penny they can Agree with other reviews that they should have zero stars I have no idea how this company has not been shut down taken to court AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is the worst insurance
This is the worst insurance really bad customer service With out doing any claims at the end they have put claims on my No claims bonus so my new insurance have go up so much because of this I have told them why you done this to me change it send me new no claims bonus but they are saying we are sorry we can t do that we know you have not done any claims but sorry we can t change it I have to pay lots more just because of them also I have asked them okay if you can not change it pay for the extra charge I have been charged because of you guys still they do not want to help

absolutely dreadful
absolutely dreadful as a new driver i was excited to sort out my insurance etc and feel independent i wasn t made aware that would be receiving a black box until it turned up in the maili was then asked for documents regarding the named drivers on my policy which i found odd not once in the letter did it ask for photos of the license this company s failure to pick up emails or answer the phone has resulted in me being charged an extra 160 i cannot wait to change my insurance next yeardon t waste your money here

Stay away from them
Stay away from them wish we had Threatens to cancel your insurance for any reason in fact even if it s there mistake On hold with them for just over 3 hrs and then when they do answer state they will call back Never do and you get letters and emails about cancellation Trying to cancel but can t get through Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman

AVOID THIS COMPANY my son took out his first policy with them after passing his test They wrote asking for information about previous insurance cover before he took it over He sent off an explanation and within a week they had cancelled his policy END of story

I d give 0 stars if I could
I d give 0 stars if I could Needed to cancel within the cooling off period due to my new car having to be returned due to faults 3 attempts of a phone call before closing time however met with an automated voicemail explaining lines were closed 2 emails to attempt to cancel and they decide to only speak to me when the cooling off period expired I should be owed 242 back however they are trying to charge me 200 because i contacted after 14 days which is false they purposely do not answer so they can charge TRAIN YOUR STAFF PICK UP YOUR PHONES How is this company still running
