Thank goodness I ve never had to use insurance abroad before but this time it was necessary My husband started experiencing chest pain and although we hoped it would pass it didn t so we became worried We were in Turkey in Antalya I reached out to the assistant on Telegram and on the same day we found a clinic with a highly skilled doctor We visited the doctor who ordered additional tests The only downside was the wait for the insurance company to approve covering the additional examinations which took about two hours BUT everything was covered in the end They conducted the tests and provide consultation with the doctor I m immensely grateful to the insurance company and its staff for their assistance and organization I usually read reviwes from other clients but positive ones are scarce because people tend to overlook the good experiences Therefore I felt compelled to share our positive experience Thank you once again
