Beware Chinese scams Aussieorigins

We seem to be inundated by Chinese manufacturers who use Social Media instagram Facebook to do SCAM I ordered some shoes with Aussieorigins read the name Is actually manufactured in China via a 6082POBox in Chilora NSW No way to return or contact We must stop this

1 The Product description did not match the items purchased 2 False claims it is Aussie Origin but an online store from China with no presence in Australia 3 Cannot return items within Australia must send them back to China at a cost over 50 for shipping 4 Does not reply to issues or problems with product quality 5 Inferior quality inferior product and misleading 6 NO ABN No Australian contact email telephone number office 7 No ACN registered with ASIC 8 Reviews stating 4 7 stars are incorrect as there is no direct review platform it is company-reviewed not peer or customer-reviewed

Do not consider purchasing from this brand If I could rate zero I would - this is a totally untrustworthy company After ordering my cashmere item online - an acrylic garment arrived Disappointed I proceeded with the instructed return process at my cost and cordial comms including notification of the tracking number which was acknowledged by the brand However instead of my refund I got my package sent back to me in the post marked unclaimed and return by Chinese postal services Aussie Origins is refusing to accept liability for their failure to recieve the package and return me a refund They are leaning into we don t have the returned item Do not buy from this company for your online purchases Too problematic to purchase from a brand that doesn t follow through on its purchases from customers - total waste of money and time

Danger Danger This company is very politely unhelpful in every communication I ordered and paid for a wool jumper a poor cotton square shaped shirt arrived I printed out the return address and posted it back at my own expense with no help from the company to Yanwen China they did not provide any assistance I provided them with the tracking They now claim they never received it and I am down 80 for the jumper and 27 for postage Never again Too far away for negotiation too uninterested in being helpful too frustrating and costly Nope

Never never purchase anything with this company I had ordered pair of shoes and a ladies jacket in early July this year When I received the items approx 3 weeks later they were both too small in size after correctly ordering my size I promtly returned within a few days with a tracking number I have followed up by email after evidence that the parcel had reached their destination at least half dozen times Aussie origins usually reply within a few days saying that the items still not being received at their warehouse or premises Each time I haver requested a full refund I am still waiting and mid July Do not trust this company one way transaction and no satisfaction

Terrible company Not Aussie at all If you check their return details you need to send to China at your expense After following all their instructions to return and paying almost 40 out of pocket the package came back to me after 3 mos The shoes ordered were also of terrible quality Very cheap Customer service will apologize but they offer no solution or answer as to why the packages never arrive Total bogus and complete waste of money

Agree with other complainants - DO NOT Buy from these guys - sizing of clothes is completely wrong attempted to return purchases to China as advised was necessary in order to get a refund and parcel came back to me undeliverable

Rubbish company Will not return your money no matter what you do Return parcels never get collected in China so they say we don t have it no refund They are not Australian should not be using Aussie in their title Tell everyone you know not to buy from them
