Exceptional Service and a Stunning Engagement Ring

We recently visited Austen Blake in Meadowhall to pick out an engagement ring not knowing exactly what style we wanted Tyler was absolutely incredible throughout the process She was so patient knowledgeable and really took the time to help us narrow down our options and find the perfect ring She made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless and enjoyable Today we collected the ring and it s even more stunning than we could have imagined Michael assisted us during the collection and he was so friendly and welcoming making the moment feel even more special The team at Austen Blake have been fantastic from start to finish The customer service attention to detail and overall experience have been outstanding We can t recommend them enough Thank you Tyler and Michael for making this such a memorable experience for us

Great experience throughout the entire process Had plenty of help and guidance from a lovely women called Roseanne who made the whole purchasing and collection process very easy 10 10 would recommend they re faultless Also their staff at the Manchester branch are super kind and friendly and really customer driven

I bought my partner an engagement ring and Aaliyah was brilliant throughout the process took the time to show me the collection and explained different aspects of diamond cuts and helped in choosing the right specifications and how they differ and made good recommendations Very happy with the ring i bought from start till finish highly recommend
