Highly compassionate and professional service
Having used Austin s services previously I didn t hesitate to return again for my Father s funeral They could not have been more caring respectful or professional The whole process was perfectly managed by them every detail was considered taking a lot of the pressure off myself They also suggested a wonderful Celebrant Claire Sage to take the service who captured the memories of my Father perfectly A special thanks to Kerry Hall and Gary Taylor who treated me in such a kind and compassionate way at one of the toughest times in life I couldn t recommend Austins and the staff more highly

Great personal service
Really great personal service Couldn t fault anything about it All staff were very sensitive attentive Special mention for Caroline who was fantastic in booking the ceremony during my chapel visits Also Gary who was great during the ceremony My friend Esther is also a fabulous celebrant did us proud

We recently used Austin Funeral Services to take care of our loved one They were very caring and efficient and took fantastic care of us on the day Gary and Rob guided us in all aspects of the service on the day of the funeral i cannot praise them enough they went far beyond what was required I would not hesitate to recomend Austin s to anyone
