It s a scam Don t purchase tshirts from them It s been 7 weeks and my order hasn t showed up Customer service keep sending auto replies with the same reasons as excuses like high demand due to spring -summer season No tracking number no ETA s They are trash

I ordered 3 shirts 10 days ago Still has not shipped When I asked what the estimated ship date was bc I had ordered these for a concert in a week I figured 20 days was more than enough time I get an automated response but no actual answer No where throughout the ordering process did it say it would take this long It said 4-6 day shipping I will be requesting to cancel this order to which I m certain they will not even thought nothing has been processed and shipped Will never order anything from this website again I think it s a scam and after reading other reviews I m assuming g the quality is going to be bad Threw away 100 Awesome

I ordered 2 shirts from authentic band merchandise I didn t get a confirmation right away so I thought the order didn t go through Therefore I ordered 2 more of the same shirts I explained what happened right away but they refused to allow me to return the duplicates

Avoid at all costs

It s a very poorly run operation and possibly even a scam where they likely sell merchandise they don t have in inventory They state there s a 2 week max timeframe of shipping your order and they will even generate a tracking number but will not ever ship the order you paid for When you submit a request for order status you get a form response with no resolution If you request a refund they stop responding but if you read their terms it states they will charge you up to a 30 restock fee which is amazing considering you never received the merchandise you paid for Your best bet is to file a complaint w your credit card provider to get your money back

I ordered two shirts for my wife s birthday I tried to pay for expedited shipping but I never received them at all It just keeps saying The Postal Service is waiting for the package This is a scam they need to be reported I am an attorney and will find a way to report them

What a joke this company is I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago and still have not received it When reaching our to Customer Service they told me for it had shipped - When I tracked it USPS said a label had been made but not received I did this for 4 days still being told it was shipped but still USPS not had not received the package for for delivery Customer Service wouldn t even respond to my email Oh I did receive an auto reply acknowledging my email but never received any kind of response I needed this shirt by August 17 and figured 4 weeks was plenty of time to recieve it Couldn t even get the courtesy of an response

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTLET -- I thought this was a legitimate shop but the one t-shirt I ordered arrived 3 weeks later It was way to large and all attempts to start a return have gone unanswered I have not received any response after multiple attempts to obtain the return shipping address as there is nothing posted on the website outside of contacting the company via email All emails go unanswered and now I m stuck with a 35k t-shirt that I could have purchased at a reputable shop for half the cost I recommend you go to other shops like Rockabilia which I have never had an issue with or even Spencers Amazon anyone outside of this crooked shop

Deceptive Pricing Poor Quality Prints No Refunds Exchanges

I ordered one shirt from this website on a whim not knowing what I was getting myself into Apparently all their products are discounted as a way to deter people from getting refunds and exchanges as per their refund policy although they don t make that known upfront when showing you the price of the item while shopping The quality of the print was poor as well as discolored It did not look anything like the thumbnail image once I received it in person I had to file a dispute and escalate with PayPal to hopefully have a chance at getting my money back Do not order from these con artists They will not give your money back and the product quality sucks

Do not purchase It was over a week with no shipment so I reached out asking for a cancellation twice They responded a week later saying no finally sent a shipping status although it wasn t shipped until over a week later When I reached out for a return they said no because it was a discounted item It was a full priced item that I used a promo code for A promo code they offer to every person to enters their website so they are intentionally keeping people from being able to return This is a scam and deceptive company
