I need to cancel everything and request a full refund This situation is truly unacceptable it is the fifth time I have received the wrong copy for approval The issue remains the same as last time with the only difference being that I now have five incorrect copies There are no softcovers and simply adding a Special Edition stamp does not make it a special edition Additionally on the back of the book the ISBN and the Author Solution logo are incorrectly arranged

It s a con I handed over 2 500 and received literally nothing in return They have now blocked my calls They promised world-wide author copyright a presence on various bookseller websites including Waterstones and a stall at the London Literary Festival None of these were delivered They said that they had sold 2 000 worth of my book at the LLF but I have received no cash back They sent me pictures of the set-up at the LLF but I suspect that these were all fake They promised to spend the money earned by placing books at book sellers in London and at the Edinburgh Festival but as I live in Manchester I would be unable to check these out without spending more money They have now blocked my calls They may tell you that I am confusing authorssolution with authorsolutions I am not and I am very suspicious of the 4 and 5-star ratings this company has on Trust Pilot AS has now denied me access to the dialogue stream on the Basecamp account which we used to communicate - I had the good sense to copy it as we went along - and now they have the gall to insist that I prove that I am an existing customer and am not trying to scam them

I am extremely disappointed with my experience I paid a significant amount for my book to be printed yet after several months I have received nothing Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service I have been met with either silence or vague responses with no real solution offered This level of service is completely unacceptable I was promised a professional and timely service but instead I have been left frustrated and out of pocket They have taken my money without delivering the product which is completely unethical I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are willing to risk losing their money I am now left with no choice but to demand a full refund and consider further action
