My mother placed an order for a product here I was mailed the wrong product tried the phone number on their thing they no one answered No one got back to me until the day of the return the company didn t respond confirming the return and said the ship in charge went on refundable one they made the error that they are responsible legally for shipping charges Try to contact the Better Business Bureau No one answered trying to do a complaint No one answered either and my mother had to do They wouldn t answer to me even though she works and I have to deal with that type of stuff and autism product doesn t have questions they said item but they re very unreliable with complaints I don t recommend doing business with them eventually in the end I did end up getting the funds back 126 03 they sent a large of an extra large and then the company we were gonna do a exchange but decided not to even bother this since they were too hard in touch with only the manufacturer responded and then wouldn t get back to me about it that I am never using them again
