Replacement of H11 Bulb in Fog Light
The H11 bulb in the fog light stopped working, so I decided to replace it. Despite the mixed reviews about Autodoc, I ordered the bulb, and it arrived in 4 days. There were no issues with delivery or quality. I installed it, it fit perfectly, and everything worked. Overall, everything went smoothly, although I had some doubts at first.

Auto Doc were supposed to be repairing my car but didn t think of informing me that they had rejected my repair and I only found out after contacting my car insurance So still waiting the incident happened on the 1 12 2022 and I m still no further forward Thanks Auto Doc disgusting customer service

Beware of missing items
I ordered two brake discs instead of the usual individual packaging the discs rotors came stacked up in the main cardboard box metal to metal with an extremely small contact surface The discs obviously had significant cosmetic damage from the completely insufficient packaging Autodoc initially refused the request to return the damaged discs when faced with a Paypal complaint they proceeded to waste my time with various documentation requests of their own negligence after which they simply stopped responding This is now in Paypal s hand Order 105897372 Progress a return label has been sent The package is now waiting for custom formalities from the recipient
