Absolutely ridiculous They play word games to draw people in They claim multiple times that you can spy on a phone without having it but yet after you buy it you learn that you have to install an app on the target phone VERY misleading It also claims no monthly fee and all this other Crap Horrible

WASTED MONEY NO REFUND I downloaded with a bit of trouble Finally got it installed and it has never updated one single phone call text message email etc It only has the contacts uploaded I asked for a refund several times and they give me the run-around and now are ignoring me all together Do Not Try This App I lost 70 00

I downloaded the produced per instructions I got photos and location and nothing else I have now been on the computer they do not have phone service for one on one tech time as I paid for and still nothing As of now I am 5 days into this and requesting a refund We are now two weeks out requested refund been told three times it is coming Yes you got it no refund FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

At first the customer service was spot on then I found out you couldn t install this over the air as it said in the advertisement so I requested a refund After 10 business days I started to email and as getting a response back from fran ferrera of the power line group Then I was promised my refund within 3 business days and when those 3 days had passed I emailed back to get a response that I was being escalated to the refund specialist and would receive my refund very soon Since I ve been escalated I haven t received my refund still after over 14 business days and now nobody at all is replying to my emails I would be very leary of spending my money here It feels like a scam to me

I canceled my subscription and requested a refund over a month ago I kept getting told by Fran Ferrera customer service that I would receive my refund but I never did and then I was told they put a tracer on my refund still never got it and then I was told it was sent to management At that point my email stop getting answered I put in a couple more requests for refund on their site and when I check on the status it says solved but I still don t have a refund This is been the worst and I would not recommend

Auto forward is not an honest company After much research I decided to give them a try as they are supposed to be top in the field I was unable to use this program it was never installed I asked for a refund and was told I should receive it with them for business days That was almost a month ago they re toll free number only directs you to an email support It is impossible to talk with a real live person Their robot has given me many excuses as to why my refund has not been posted to my account although it has been approved and even traced But still waiting for my refund do not give your hard-earned dollars to this company stay very far away
