Well priced good products and helpfull
Always use there products and can t fault them well priced and work very good They have a massive range to choose from and delivery service is next day I also had some questions about using one of the products and they was very helpful and answered everything with brilliant results

They know there stuff Experts in car care and nothing was too much trouble for them I was advised by the guys on which product to use on my Aston Martin and now its gleaming Will be using them again and recommended

Appear to good but customer support was shocking
problem with dpd delivery autobrite response was it was not their responsibility cs were initially very off and shirty not helpful and supportive After reminding 2 staff that my purchase contract was with autobrite not DPD they were a little more helpful One of just few retailer that are very happy to sell you goods but not back it up So disappointed and not sure about how good their products there after plenty of alternative suppliers and better cs

No update on order so had to contact
No update on order so had to contact them and got the following message Sorry you are unhappy with the service i have refunded you back to your paypal as requested unfortunately we are extremely busy during sale times and delivery can take upto 4 week 4 weeks what a joke Have spent hundres of pounds with them not anymore Avoid

Ordered from the sales and for some
Ordered from the sales and for some reason it was in three separate orders They told me I done it as it was three separate orders paid three different times Not sure how as it was only the once I done it I asked if my 2 smaller orders could be put with my 80 order and I get refunded the other 2 shipping fees and they said they can t as its done as they go I then said if it can t be done I would rather a refund then be 8 odd out of pocket for something they could easily rectify and within 20 minutes they send me an emails saying they will refund me Awful customer service Can t do a simple request as to put it in the same box to save the extra 8 in delivery fees when it s going to the the same place Awful attitude towards customers and clearly don t care about the customers Fine by me I ll happily go elsewhere Would suggest you do the same EDIT - because they tried to make out it s my fault on another review site As mentioned I only ordered the once clearly an issue with your site during the sales as there are always is issues during when the sales are on and yes I did not want to pay the extra postage when it could have been combined into one order I asked for it to be combined into one order and the postage refunded otherwise if that can t be done I would rather get a full refund And YOU chose the full refund not making it easier and letting the other 2 products into my larger order not only saving me 2x postage but you the time packing it So no don t try to make me look bad when you guys are I would of been happy and have preferred preferred the first option but that was clearly too difficult to grab the two items and plop it into my first order as aforementioned it would have saved you time packing three different items at three different times going to the same place

Awful Customer Service
I ordered from Autobrite during the Easter sale and was excited for my products to arrive After waiting well over a week my order had not progressed past processing and when I sent an email requesting an ETA for the items I received an automated response which did not answer my query at all It is unacceptable to expect a customer to pay premium fees for delivery and still be happy to wait up to four weeks for their products to be shipped No amount of prior warning makes that timeframe acceptable and the automated responses just shows how little this company cares about their customers They would sooner cancel and refund an order than make any attempts to go above and beyond to resolve any issues It is a shame because their products are actually really good however they should learn to manage their stock levels and capacity during busy periods so customers do not have to wait a month for their order to arrive

Won t be buying from them again
Won t be buying from them again Took nearly a month for my order to be dispatched I understand that Easter sales were busy But you can t expect people to wait nearly a month for there orders If you can t handle the amount of orders don t have a sale

decent products but dreadful service over the phone the staff member was very rude aggressive and hung up after me asking a question Would rather buy their products from Halfords or Mac s Auto detailing as they have friendly staff If you can t handle a sale don t do one

I purchased a DA12 polisher and on first use it started behaving erratically after about 1hour then stopped working completely I returned it but it was shipped back to me after Autobrite used it and didn t experience a problem Unsurprisingly when I next went to use it it failed after polishing one panel I shook it and it started working again but obviously returned it once again at my expense Autobrite used it as before and said that they didn t experience any issues They are refusing to refund or replace I don t believe that they have any technicians capable of testing or repairing such items Do not trust
