I had a little difficulty booking the rental online for our holiday in Sicily So I rang Auto Europe s customer service in Australia and a wonderful customer support lady Carol provided accurate and wonderful service and also advice as to the need for international licence in Italy it s the law and other important information including explanation of the one-way fee for different drop off Carol was excellent Regarding the rental it came in significantly cheaper for this rental than the other websites Overall very happy
