Signed up for 6 issues for 1 with free cleaning kit Cancelled prior to 6 issues completing as only received 2 and no free cleaning kit Each time contacted they apologised and informed they were extending both my subscription and sending out the current version Cancelled the direct debit prior getting to full subscription as very poor Have learnt Dennis Publishing are not upto the standard of the other subscriptions I have and would avoid in future

like everyone else here - NO Gift after 10 weeks

like everyone else here i signed up for 6 issues and a free gift No gift received yet and its been 10 weeks Im into the main subscription now at 22 99 for 13 weeks which has been midly interesting but its clear to me this is a marketing scam to get you signed up Not a good way to misslead customers Spoke with Customer service today who report they are sending my cleaning kit now which will take up to ANOTHER 14 days to arrive Watch this space i will report back in two weeks -

Very biased reviews no wonder Bilt Hamber love them This is like a Minister who cant vote on his own ammendment he gets his mate to do it on a Quidx pro Quo basis Like a renumeration package of a Board of directors they cant vote for a pay rise on thier own salary so Mr X votes for him and then they vote for Mr X to have a pay rise I note when you leave them a one or two star review they never publish it everything is 5 star I have left several factual reviews which were critical yet they have never been published I once eft a review about thier product being terible so they sent me two Why would I want another lot of products I am not happy with Went straight to the bin You should have just reunded me

2 months and still no free gift

In November 2020 I Subscribed to trial delivery of the magazine and was promised a free cleaning gift No gift arrived by early January 2021 I telephone auto express and was advised the free gift was despatched on 2nd December 2020 but there were delays with Royal Mail I was advised to wait another 7 days I waited a minimum of 14 days and still no gift as promised I contact customer services again today 2nd Feb and was advised that the gift could take another 28 days for delivery I think this company is shocking and does not honour their terms and conditions even more shocking they are blaming Royal Mail I would never recommend this company total back street boys Stay well clear

Scam free gift subscription offer

Took out a trial subscription on the 02 12 20 never received the free gift of 2 car cleaning products Received an email response on 23 12 20 saying the products were ordered on 03 12 20 I rung on 22 01 21 was told the products weren t sent as they were out of stock I was given an alternative product to choose was told it would be sent straight out I rang again on 15 02 21 was told it would take up to 14 working days I rang again on 22 02 21 was told it could take up to 28 days but would be with me by the end of Feb at the very latest I rang again today 01 03 21 was told to wait another week that they can t give me any proof of postage or tracking number I am just being fobbed off this is obviously just a scam They also took the renewal payment before the end of the trial period so I had to try claim that money back after cancelling Avoid at all costs

Simply writes reviews to favour the manufacturers who generates the biggest advertising revenue My only surprise is that the public continue to buy into it

another good informative website ruined

Yet another good informative website totally ruined by advertising Went on there to simply find out about a good car shampoo but the ads took so long to download I got fed up trying to read what little content about the subject matter came up that i called it a day What a waste of what used to be a good site for motorists

Auto Express magazine is rapidly going downhill

So much for 1758 Dec 7th issue being a bumper double issue with 48 extra pages 48 extra pages The issue contained 25 which were about Peugeot 10 about the Renault 5 and 18 about Audi 130 pages of which 53 of them I have no interest in whatsoever And I am only up to page 90 It is no longer a car magazine for the everyday motorist its just full of articles on fast expensive cars that nobody but the very rich can even dream of buying I have read the magazine since issue no 1 and never missed a single issue it used to be a fantastic magazine full of interesting articles but I have never seen so much trash in all that time The magazine is rapidly going downhill Come on Auto Express give us the car magazine for the average man in the street and leave the rest to the boy racer magazines
