I ordered a chair over a week ago They promise a 24 hour shipping service Well it s been seven days 3 emails and and 2 blocked phone calls I still haven t heard a ton and haven t gotten even a reply about what s going on with my 300 euros I spent The delivery company has the data but never received a package FFs I could have went to the store and bought it

The chair is fine when new but after
The chair is fine when new but after just over a year the arm rest cushion is crumbling the left arm rest itself is bent and broken The seat cushion is flat and the hydraulic height adjustment constantly drops to the lowest setting The chair is just about unusable in under 2 years

Seems like a scam Website says 24 hour shipping It s now over a week since I ve payed for a 700 chair No follow up no response from support Their TOS says that dispatch is conducted within 2-5 working days which now is also overdue Filled in complaint and refund request through paypal
