I needed a replacement part and couldn t find info on the webpage My customer service agent Ken was able to give me detailed warranty info and process my order seemlessly along with a timeline in a matter of minutes

I ve had an ergo chair pro for awhile and I needed a replacement part as the arm rests were wearing out Chatted with a customer service rep sent a picture of the item needing replacement and that was it They are sending me a new part for free
