Friendly efficient staff
The staff was friendly efficient and had everything ready They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with no hassle In fact they were waiting for us The price was exactly as quoted and there was no pressure when I declined the insurance Drop off was just as easy They were wonderful and I would absolutely rent from them again

We have been to Portugal many times and tried many car rental companies The last 3 times it has been Auto Rent because The price is good the service is top notch with always smiling staff So Auto Rent in Faro has our best recommendation

A family Company with great service
A family Company with great service Very reasonably priced good staff Does not have office at the airport but the shuttle service to the local office only takes 5 mins Highly recommended

Good reliable service
I have used Auto Rent several times and have just returned from another trip with them I have had no problems with the service and cars and no issues with return Collection from the airport is prompt and the transfer is only a few minutes

Great service
Shuttle to hire centre was quick with little wait at either end Our first car had fuel consumption issues which they quickly swopped with no difficulty Replacement worked fine overall very pleased with how they dealt with us

A very Professional company
Very impressed with this company It was the first time I had rented from Auto Rent I have rented about 7 times from other companies I expected to get a polo or similar but received a VW T-Cross that had only done 2500km Pick up and drop off was very swift the staff were courteous and friendly In future this will be my first port of call when renting at Faro airport Thank you Auto Rent for a very pleasant experience
