They setup people in cheap labour
They setup people in cheap labour countries asking if the car you are selling is available in the UK and possibly Europe then they send you this scam artist page asking for a report you pay for the report and they dissappear Bonus for this scam artists not you It is a clever tactic but this way is the wrong way as they make you pay for a silly report that you didn t have to pay while you can get this done for free Just stay away

Seems like a scam My buyer asked for a report from them so I paid the 35 and sent him the report which contained publicly available information and he disappeared Turns out he was a Facebook scammer
