215 sweatpants with 5 holes and rips after one wear

I ve never written a review for a product before but I m making an exception for this company I ordered pair of 215 sweatpants from Autry The worst product I ve ever purchased from anywhere hands down The first time I put my hands in the pockets the corners of each pocket completely ripped The sweatpants are big for me and the waist started ripping as well Like legit holes popped everywhere I literally threw them away after 2 wears 215 Jokes on me I guess I ve never felt so compelled to tell people not to buy products from a company

Worn-off heels of Medalist Low Sneakers in just 3 months

I bought Medalist Low Sneakers and received them in Sep 2023 In just 3 months haven t even used them daily the soles on the heels were completely worn-off I have never experienced such a thing in my other shoes mainly Nike Considering that these shoes are relatively-expensive 210Euros compared to the average in the market it s not normal not being able to wear them comfortably after such a short period And what s even worse when I contacted their customer care they have told me the way you walk can sometimes cause that the sole wears out more on one side - meaning that I should spend 210Euros every 3-months just because of my walking They have asked me to send them the shoes for a quality check for which I had to wait 1 week until they accepted my registration through DHL but saying that if the problem is not a production defect they can t do anything and I will have to pay for the shipping fees In the end I decided not to send them back the shoes because most-probably I would end-up receiving them back and paying for the shipping fees on top

Multiple Fake Autry Website reported and yet company does not react

I live in Ireland The company is not even able to control the numerous fake internet domain purchased by scamers to create fake website Seems like a really s company that in the end does not deserve the legitimacy nor reputation Flagged the scams to their customer service Never received a feedback In short - if such a great company cannot manage its online reputation imagine the shoes The reviews here speak by themselves Wished I had read before

Faulty Lining

I have had my Autry Sneakers for less than a year and decided and the interior lining of the product is falling apart completely There are holes everywhere and the leather at the heel has also ripped this is causing me an uncomfortable wear and blisters This problem already started to show after the first few months of intermediate wear But recently I decided to contact the manufacturer about the problem since according to EU law if a product breaks within the first year it is assumed that the issue was already preexisting unless proven otherwise And there is also a 2-year warranty for every product in the EU However when I told the company all this they just brushed me off telling me it is completely my fault and it is an issue of wear and tear and they can do nothing about it It is completely unacceptable that a company that praises its high quality products would react so poorly to a customers complaint I am deeply disappointed and would advise everyone to NOT buy any products from their website

DO NOT BUY AUTRY SHOES

The shoe looks good but it s really bad quality The sole wears out fast and the inside is full of holes after just a few months of wearing them normally Even the outside leather ripped and now I have a unusable shoe with a huge hole on it I tried contacting the manufacturer but they told me to reach out to the website where I bought them

Great design disappointing Quality

Sneakers whose design I adore but in whose quality I was unfortunately really disappointed I bought Autry sneakers for my husband myself and my two daughters at the same time After a relatively short time of 2-3 months our sneakers got leather cracks while in the case of the CLC model even the fabric on the inside completely fell apart and the rubber under the sneakers was completely worn out as if they were years old What is unusual is that my husband s sneakers still look good which of course is great but it seems to me that the manufacturer does not care enough about the quality standard of all materials used in production Note all sneakers were worn for a very similar amount of time

Poor quality

Poor quality the heels of my sneakers have sagged at the back after a few months the leather is much too thin at the heel Unfortunately a waste of money

The worst customer service

The worst customer service They do not allow for address changes even after directly contacting them The customer service on the phone has absolutely no experience how to deal with customers
