Personal service during difficult times

Having been let down by another company for the suppliy of some specific furniture items I attempted to contact AV4Home via phone to ask if they could supply I was met with a message to say that phone contact was not available and I should email their sales team Slightly discouraged I did send an email to which I received a response just a few hours later Impressive Not only that but I received a follow-up phone call just 15 minutes after email receipt from a very knowledgeable sales guy who answered all my questions and assured me that they could deliver their website was showing in stock with 3 to 5 days for delivery I placed my order via the website and 2 yes 2 days later I received the items that I had been waiting 6 weeks for from another supplier And all during coronavirus lockdown Very happy and will definitely use AV4Home again

The picture does not do this justice it s absolutely lovely piece of furniture The company was also the cheapest I found and was delivered within days of the completed order It s a big 5 stars here Would highly recommend buying from here

Gorgeous console table looks absolutely fabulous Beautifully designed with the reclaimed wood and the grey metal Draws open and close easily Just perfect all over

AV4Home s website is good in itself but visiting their showroom is a revelation If there s one thing I can t stand it s pressurised sales from staff who don t know what they re talking about What you get when you visit AV4 is exactly the reverse - freedom to browse their enormous very well displayed selection and accurate information if you need it It s been a while since I bought any new kit and the first time I ve gone for a higher quality racking system and all I can say is that if it s at all possible see their range in the flesh The photos don t do most of the items justice Case in point - I went expecting to buy a Gecko unit and came out with an Audinni - having completely discounted it from the photos on the web I bought an ex-display rack at an excellent price and within minutes it had been dismantled carefully packaged and carried over to the car I can t praise them enough - and having installed it the unit looks superb Enough said

I ordered a Maja Beach desk and office chair from AV4Home and was surprised at how quick and efficient the order process was not only was it simple but I received good communication relating to the order and the delivery The desk and chair are excellent both great quality and at a very competitive price After delivery I received a call to ensure I was happy with the products Overall a 5 Star service by a 5 Star company Definitely would recommend

Found the technical measurement details of the tv stand on the website very useful when trying to fit into a fairly tight space Arrived within 3 days of order Would definitely use again or recommend

So pleased with this company

The TV stand arrived as and when it should and well packaged However my husband found the assembly instructions hard to follow he is usually very good at this kind of thing He damaged a very very noticeable part and I called AV4Home to order a replacement part knowing thiswould cost us However I really could not believe it when they said they would send it asap and that there would be no cost In this day and age this service is almost unheard of Thank you I have already recommended AV4Home to friends

Generally very happy with the experience There was a slight issue with the delivery not arriving on the day but a quick call resolved this quickly and efficiently and it arrived early the next day Granted my purchase was on Black Friday and I know that delivery companies can get backed up The product arrived in good condition with excellent packaging
