Dishonest behaviour by Avaibook and Rentalia
I had 3 properties advertised on Rentalia for a few years We got very few requests from them most of our customers come from other platforms We are rented 90 of the year so we cannot complain I had deactivated one of these 3 properties in Rentalia when we started using it to live in due to family issues When Rentalia started working with Avaibook they have transfered all our properties there and reactivated the one I had deactivated on Rentalia Without informing me of obtaining my consent Upon transfer again without me being informed about this all 3 properties have been automatically setup on instant booking which I do not allow on any of the platforms I m on I had no idea about this because I had not received any information from either Rentalia or Avaibook At one point I have been informed that I have a confirmed booking on Avaibook - for which I didn t even have a login because I had never registered there That s when I actually became aware about the transfer of my properties from Rentalia to Avaibook I requested that this booking is cancelled by the platform as it had been created by mistake given that my property was not on the rental market at all and had been deactivate in Rentalia They have ignored several emailes I sent where I have explained the situation and asked for clarification and in the end they have informed me that all my properties have been deactivated from Rentalia for not paying cancellation fees to Avaibook for a property I had never advertised on Avaibook I found this to be a very dishonest behaviour and they seem to both be dubious companies I never got any bookings from Rentalia so I am not losing anything by not being on Rentalia anymore - but the complete disregard for any decent rules of behaviour in the market is a sign that these companies should not be touched with a barge pole

I am really desappointed both with
I am really desappointed both with Rentalia and Avaibook I have rented my apartment for 3 months and up to now I have not received my money I mean Avaibook is just ignoring my messages They said that I have to update my identity which I did and I even sent the extra document However before the hostage booked the apartment they said that everything were fine with my document they even went on and approved it on their website Unfortunately I accepted the booking and they then changed their opinion regarding my document even the bank account they said I needed to proof that it was mine which I did I am now trying to change my door code so that the hostage cannot enter into my apartment I feel really bad because they are not answering my call and emails In my opinion AvaiBook a Scam But I will sue them

Fraud
I wanted to book a house in Croatia on booking com There was a phone number 34 679 23 56 25 34679235625 in one of the photos so I contacted that number via WhatsApp It turned out that this person was pretending to be an Avaibook employee and he sent me an offer for another house that was not available on booking com the first one turned out to be unavailable on my dates The offer price was very attractive I received a contract to sign and an account number to make the payment In the meantime I found direct contact to this house and it turned out that there was no such availability inquiry in my name because all dates were already booked and the price was much higher than the offer Fortunately I didn t pay any money Be careful because this is fraud

FRAUD Beware
Booked a villa in Lanzarote for an 8 day holiday through Vrbo The payments were taken by Avaibook However 6 days into our holiday 129 29 was taken from my debit card by Avaibook without my knowledge or permission There was no explanation why this had been taken but clearly it was a fraudulent transaction This amount is STILL pending on my account 7 days after I ve returned home I did not authorise this transaction and it is being treated as fraud by my bank No phone number to contact them either Total scam and I am furious

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Beware of booking anything through AvaiBook I signed a contract and sent both the deposit and the first month s rent to the company s bank account Despite this over two weeks later they continue to claim that the money has never arrived This is blatantly false as I have proof from my bank that the funds reached their account To make matters worse no one from AvaiBook is responding to my emails anymore AND HAVE JUST BLOCKED MY EMAILS NOW THIS IS A FULL ON SCAM AND WILL HAVE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Be wary of AviaBook
Be wary of AviaBook We booked a condo thru VRBO and AviaBook contacted us with a payment schedule Seemed normal to us so we paid We assumed it was normal as VRBO often has another company dealing with the finances When we got to our condo VRBO called us and said we didn t pay for our condo So we figured the payment didn t go through and we gave them our credit card So we paid twice for our accomodation We contacted VRBO after we got home and saw we were charged twice and they told us they didn t deal with AviaBook AviaBook will not return our emails It seems clear to us that AviaBook hacked VRBO or hacked us one of the two

Terrible support account
Like other management channels Avaibook has some pros and cons It s also normal to have some problems after a while but what s not normal is their lack of support it s shocking that you have a problem and have to wait days for a solution It is shocking that a company engaged in this activity does not have a phone number available and it is impossible to talk to someone by phone to expose the problem and even worse in addition to being able to only send a message the gentlemen of Avaibook from Friday lunchtime go on vacation and only return on Monday If you are unlucky enough to have a problem on Friday you will never see your problem resolved as the gentlemen at Avaibook will be resting
