I m currently on assignment through Avance Consulting and I m finding that my experience is well-matched for the position My contacts Vennela Errola Naveen Garlapati and Kiran have been quick to respond whenever I ve had a question or concern and there haven t been many concerns with this company as they tend to anticipate issues and are proactive about solving them Definitely one of the better agencies I have worked with

Trustworthy in the end

I was approached by Avance Consulting multiple times over the years I was always reluctant to work as the day rate was below what I would normally get offered Recently I found that the market has bottomed out and for the first time in a long time I wasn t being called by my normal agents Eventually I got a call from Avance and this time decided to take them up on their offer despite it being below my normal day rate At first I was nervous and slightly concerned about a few things like my contract not starting on the date originally specified this was not Avance fault they were waiting for contracts to be signed at the end client but eventually it started Since then all has been going well I also read a bunch of reviews online and that also made me concerned but in hindsight that was not warranted I would recommend anyone to take Avance up as they have not let me down since I started my contract

Easy to work with and prompt payments

Ravindranth from contracts team and Kiran from payments have been easy to work with Payments have always been paid prior to the due date without having to remind them Thank you

Supportive and excellent agents

I had a very good experience from the beginning till I got a job The recruiter was very good and helped with constant updates helped me negotiate the salary I wanted Extremity professional and I got everything in writing I am thankful for securing my new role Once I started work I had a follow up on how I was doing there and also advising me on other services such as payroll

It was a lengthy process to go through all the interview steps with Avance s customer I was always up to date and the status was always messaged to me on time and transparent Avance really made a difference I have to admit I was skeptical at the beginning but was more than positively surprised by the service granularity and clear messages to keep me in the loop I have learned my lesson and would always work with them again
