Caroline was fantastic throughout the whole process from walking into the sales office to completion nothing was ever too much for her Before speaking to Caroline we had reserved a house elsewhere and if it wasn t for the care she shown from the moment we walked in we would have proceeded elsewhere She is a real asset to your company and should we ever need to move we will be be seeking her services again

Looking to possibly move this next year to the Leeds area Lewis provided an overview and presented the shorter and longer term plans for Greenlock Place Really friendly person great knowledge of the plots and also understood our needs was non-pushy and professional We haven t decided yet our firm plans but feel confident regardless with Lewis as an advisor

Went to see Julia the sales advisor for Hackett Grange in Radcliffe on Trent Julia was one of the most friendly warm and lovely people I ve ever met and the most affable sales advisor She took the time to explain everything to us and nothing was too much trouble for her She was incredibly accommodating ad went above and beyond to secure the best deal for us Unfortunately we decided against it due to the location of the site being too far away from work and amenities however our experience with Julia left a lasting impression with Avant Homes I would jump at the chance to deal with her again for a future development
