I d just like to say on my trip today

I d just like to say on my trip today from Carlisle to Watford was made a pleasure by the conductor who I ll name only in the hope of company recognition Erin showed great humility to two young some what vulnerable customers in a helpful and compassionate way to assist them on their journey What a credit to the company Lovely to see

recently had to travel the length of Britian with 3 different companies AVANTI were superb

recently had to travel the length of the UK on 3 different companies Avanti were by far the best By farIf you can afford to pay a little bit extra for first class upgrade do it you wont regret the extra space and quiet atmosphere it certainly helped me reach my destination feeling relaxed have to say my trip has ruined me to train travel as i likely wont find anything better certainly converted me to them and will be looking to book Avanti when I can over the other options brilliant

I was issued with two complimantary

I was issued with two complimantary first class vouchers in august 2022 valid for a year I used those vouchers to book an upcoming journey in May My partner was admitted to hospital most recently and so is unlikely to be able to travel I contacted Avanti west coast on 20th explaining the situation The following day I was issued with new complimentary first class vouchers valid for 12 months Great service and no quibble

Today 08th Mar 2023 l was attended to by a Mr Khan I want to say he was so pleasant full of good manners and made my journey so pleasurable I am a wheel chair user and he went over and beyond to make your company proud Please recruit more Mr Khans to make avanti grow from strength to strength and have more satisfied customers

This service is the worse train company

This service is the worse train company I have ever used Cancelling trains last minute not impressed This is not acceptable When I managed to catch a train to travel 1st class I was ignored by the staff for 30 minutes when trying to order breakfast which I never received

On Saturday 7th October the weather in Scotland was really bad and all trains were cancelled I was trying to get to Manchester from Glasgow central station with my husband and 2 autistic children I would like to send my sincere thank you to a man who works for a Avanti west his name was Barry there was also another girl who helped us tremendously unfortunately I never caught her name They arranged for us to sit in a lounge until the train pulled in then got us all seated together I can t thank you enough You are both such a credit to your company You have no idea how much you helped a very stressed out journey turn into something fabulous Thank you Barry and your female colleague

First Class was First Class

Came home to Glasgow from Manchester this evening First class was absolutely first class Very clean and comfortable with excellent service very tasty food a very well stocked bar Worth the money and a different league to first class on Transpennine express who were awful Worth every penny Avanti Excellent service

I wasn t sure how to leave direct feedback on the avanti website so this will have to be the next best thing Myself and children used the avanti service recently and had family pleasant journey When we arrived at Birmingham International we were running late and in a huge panic and stress We were greeted by the only available member of staff denver in all my years of using transport I ve never received the level of customer service from an individual What a genuinely caring and knowledgeable member bee of staff Thankyou again denver you really really reassured myself and children I hope this reaches you

Im a regular traveller with avanti I traveled from london euston to stockport on the 16 53 train The train was really busy as there had been a couple of cancelations earlier Our train manager CHARLENE was fantastic A scottish lady She was so lovely profesional and helpful to everybody making sure people got a seat to travel I cant rate her highly enough
